Your rights

United States

There is no single federal privacy law, so your rights depend on your state. California residents have rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and a growing number of other states have comparable rights under their own statutes.

Where those laws apply you may request access to the personal information we hold, request correction, request deletion, and obtain a portable copy. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

United Kingdom and European Economic Area

We are established in the United States, but where we offer goods to individuals in the UK or EEA the UK GDPR and EU GDPR apply to that processing. You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time.

You may complain to your national supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Making a request

Email support@perimetery.pro from the address associated with your licence. We respond within 30 days, or 45 days where a state statute permits an extension and we tell you why. We may need to verify your identity before acting, which normally means confirming control of the email address on the account.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Licence keys are validated server-side and issued as signed tokens bound to a hashed device identifier. Secrets are held in managed secret storage and are not present in our source code or client bundles.

Children

Perimetery PRO is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, email support@perimetery.pro and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update the date at the top when this policy changes. Material changes affecting your rights will be notified by email to active subscribers.
