Terms of Service

Subscriptions renew automatically, cancel any time, and Paddle is the seller of record for every purchase.

Last updated 26 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Perimetery PRO website and software, supplied by Joseph E., a sole proprietor trading as Perimetery, 412 Oak Street, Austin TX. By purchasing or using the software you accept them. Last updated 26 July 2026.

Your licence

An active subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Perimetery PRO on the number of devices permitted by your plan, for as long as the subscription remains current. The software is licensed, not sold. Detailed software terms are in the End User Licence Agreement.

Acceptable use

Perimetery PRO controls and inspects traffic on a local network. You may only use it on networks you own or are expressly authorised to administer. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and breaching it terminates your licence immediately.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for
  • Prices may change, but never mid-term. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days notice before a renewal at a new price
  • Taxes and VAT are calculated and remitted by Paddle based on your billing location

Refunds

Perimetery PRO is paid up front. We refund in full within 7 days of purchase, and the Refund Policy sets out how to request one. Consumers in the UK and EEA retain any statutory cancellation right that applies to them.

Availability

The desktop application runs locally and continues to work without a connection to us, subject to periodic licence revalidation. The licensing API is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. We do not offer an uptime SLA except where separately agreed in writing with Enterprise customers.

Warranties and disclaimers

The software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software is error-free or that it will suit any particular network configuration.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

You are responsible for the configuration you apply. Perimetery PRO can block and throttle devices, and misconfiguration can disrupt your own network. Test changes before applying them to production environments.

Termination

You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if payment fails and is not resolved. On termination you must stop using the software and remove it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located there have jurisdiction over any dispute.

This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country. Consumers in the UK and EEA retain the right to bring proceedings locally and to rely on the consumer protections of their country of residence, whatever this clause says.
