Perimetery PRO is paid up front; there is no free trial period. Instead, you have 7 days from purchase to decide. Email support@perimetery.pro within that window and we will refund you in full, without asking for a reason.
How to request one
- Email support@perimetery.pro from the address used at purchase
- Include your order reference or licence key
- We action the refund through Paddle, usually within one business day
- Funds typically return to your card in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If a renewal catches you unexpectedly, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it and cancel the subscription.
Where we may decline
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of licence abuse, such as circumventing device limits or redistributing keys, or where the request falls outside the periods above and there is no statutory entitlement.
